So what's wrong with hiring an intellectually gifted teen with a hardship license?
well, I need to go to school, right? well, I was accepted into a intellectually gifted course at a school in downtown, and I live uptown. So it's pretty much anyone 14-15 who has no other way to get to spots, like church or school, or school related activities. You have to take the direct route. As long as you have good credentials, a car, and you pass the DMV test, you get the license. You can't drive anyone unless there in your immediate family
