Laidback, My opinion is that people believe for emotional reasons that have nothing to do with facts and evidence. Evolution is absolutely irrelevant to people's religious faith. If believers deny evolution, they do it to show the extent to which their religious faith can make them deny reality. That's what faith is all about. Istvan
Hi Babbalanja My response to your response about my post in 'Why I believe in God?' is contained in the my very first post in the thread. We have to make a choice -God or everything evolved by itself. I didnot post in the thread, because it becomes a sort of deadlock and a barrage of posts without any conclusion will be there.
