We have a tutoring center at my school, and we actually get paid to work there! =D It's affectionately called the "math lab," and I've lost count of how many times I've had to clarify that for people, lol. And I love math puns; that's great! I'm sure you've heard about the movement of Al-gebra -- the members go by code names like "x" and "y" and they carry weapons of math instruction, with coordinates located all over the globe!! I only recognize xkcd in that list, but Wondermark and Subnormality are interesting, too. =) Oh, and Copper is my latest find -- the art is amazing, and the conversations are pretty interesting. There's only one strip once a month (or less) though, so you really have to savor each one. =)
How is math paying the bills? As a recent math degree graduate, I want my slice of the pi. (I know, I'm groaning too.) I read A softer world, Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal, Ctrl Alt Delete, xkcd, Penny Arcade, and Dresden Codak.
