Hi It's always a pleasure to meet other people interested in translation. I major in English translation, as you maybe guessed already. Besides English I know Swedish (it's compulsory for every Finn in comprehensive school and secondary school and there's also one compulsory Swedish course at university level) and some Russian. I started to study Russian when I began at the university, which is two and a half years ago (I'm a third year student and in the middle of my university career if I'll keep in schedule). How about you? Is there a special educational program for translators you're going to take? What languages do you speak?
