Ok. The visitor forum works in the way that whatever you say to a friend shows up on their page. It is public unlike private messaging. Rather than jumping back and forth between pages to know what you are saying to each other, whenever you look at your profile and see the message your friend posted you can click the "View Conversation" link next to their post on the lower right hand corner. This will take you to a page of just the visitor posts you have exchanged with that person alone. I hoped this helped.
