Ahhh, polymer clay. I was not familiar with that, although I am familiar with PVC piping. I just completed a drive by research through Wikipedia. One advantage I suppose, is no need for a kiln. Oh, and thanks for your comments you left.

Hi Gilliatt, My mermaid is baked polymer clay over a multi-gauged steel wire skeleton. I used acrylics and paper glaze to create her eyes. Her fin is polymer, wire, fantasy film, and beads. Her hair is Japanese kanekalon. Thank you for looking! I enjoy talking about it, Varenne
