Hey, what's that cool pattern you have for a background here? I can't quite make it ouot.
I've worked two days now . The hours just fly by, and I always end up working an extra 10 minutes or so just so I can get a bit more done .

I have my first shift at the library tomorrow, from 4:30pm - 6:30pm !! It's like the most perfect job I could have right now. It's only 4 hours a week on average, really good pay, and once I pass the probationary period, I have a guaranteed job for a year, which will take me to the end of year 12!! It'll be such a relief to not worry about other work until after I've finished school!

Drugs are a bit of a problem here. My ex, his older brother died of a drug overdose. From drugs that were supplied by their father. That was part of the reason he wanted to stop.
Hey Srinksy I replied below, but here's another that just came to me. I just remembered today something relevant to that blog with the drug users. Remember I told you I had relatives in Adelaide? Well I had a cousin there who had become a heroin addict. He came to visit us in the US and was a very nice man. When he visited it us he must have been in his early twenties. About five years after he visited us he died and it was drug related. I don't know if it was an overdose, I have a vague memory it was something to do with his liver being destroyed, but I admit I can't fully remember. I don't know if drugs are more of a problem in Austrailia, but that's my one experience with Austrailia and drugs. His family was completely heart broken. So I just want to reemphasize, be very cautious with people taking drugs.
