  1. Pen the tax man is playing evil with me and my finances have taken a major immediate hit so with great regret I am cutting outstanding expenses. Sorry about the Avenger as my collecting is about to come to a crashing halt for awhile.
  2. Well Avenger #1 still has not shown up but the Moonstone collection of NEW short stories showed up on a backorder for the store. I believe you have that one as I did NOT get that for myself. A second Zorro collection has been announced and I've seen the cover art for it but Moonstone is notorious for slowness. By the by there is a Kolchal/Sherlock Holmes miniseries (issue 1) came out. I haven't paid for mine yet.
  3. Thank you.
  4. Publishers--what are you going to do. I've been waiting almost two years for Crippen and Landau to publish a Frederick Nebel anthology. Anyhow Nostalgia Ventures broke of from Sanctum Books and Sanctum is any week now relasing The Avenger Vol 1 reprinting in replica the first two pulp adventures. THAT has beenwhat I've been waiting to send you sice I first read the news lo these many months ago. Volume 2 has been announced also. The Whisperer is on tap also. Good reading ahead Dale.
  5. No book arrived this week. The website says available March 2009 so we will continue to wiat.
  6. Have checked the website for the book I have in mind for you and has been updated to reflect due out March so any Wednesday now. The publisher had a slight business reversal and am glad he is still afloat but a bit nervous as he has slowed his rpint schedule asa result I believe. Can be more vocal about it when i finally sees print.
  7. No THAT was not the gift--it should be at the Bookery ANY week now. I have NOT forgotten. You will like it.
  8. iF YOUR PROMISED GIFT WAS The Lost Radio Scripts of Lester Dent Doc Savage, I grew weary with the waiting and ordered it for myself. Sorry, I'm a huge fan.
  9. Christmas blessing sto you old friend. And may your spirit be lifted in praise.
  10. The magazine arrived last night--ty very much. I immediately called Jim and offered him first dibs. To my amazement he had totally forgotten the Marvel series. These next generation kids--no knowledge of heritage. Lol. Thanks again.
