Heh yeah maybe. I swear I think the Dentist I used to go to had a tooth fetish, though thankfully not the sadistic kind, but he would always go on and on about what beautiful teeth you had.

Thank you both, I am quite happy with how that one came out.

I also like the egret and crocodile. Furthermore, I think it is an interesting piece symbolically. I have some ideas about the symbolic meaning but l'm probably wrong, so I'll keep them to myself.

Well I am glad to hear from you, and glad you enjoyed the list. It was a fun project to work on.

The idea of doing a new list to reflect the different opinions of new members was interesting, but I myself am partial to the first list, but that may be my own personal bias, though I know the new list does seem to be a bit controversial.

I remember seeing you here YEAAARSSS AGO on this forum when I was a little boy! It's great seeing you around Dark Muse! I also love the original Top LitNet 100 Books of all time list you posted years ago. Although I loathe the new list!

Thank you very much, while preparing for the art show, and thinking about actually doing it I did have my moments of struggling with self-doubt and had to tell myself a few times to just breathe, but than on the night of the show I was just too caught up in the excitement and it is great getting to see some of the work by other artists.

I have seen some of your work on your blog, and I think they are very cool. I like the style of your work.

ps... I stumbled upon the artist of your avatar, Sarah Joncas, some time ago. She is one of the more interesting of the so-called outsider/lowbrow/neo-Surrealists. I assume you know Ray Ceasar... but some other artists in a similar vein you might like include Anunia Kahn, Kelly Vivanco, Lori Earley, and Collete Calascione.

Pittsburg? I almost thought you had misspelled your own town of Pittsburgh... as in Pennsylvania. Either way... for whatever reason I always thought you were British.

Congrats on your art exhibition experience. I remember how nerve wracking the experience was when I was younger. I'm glad your experience was mostly positive. My work tends to inspire mixed responses... but painting large nudes I recognize that not all art is for everybody. I was surprised that at my last exhibition (late summer) I had a slew of younger girls/women wanting their picture taken with my painting of two nudes in cat-girl masks. Some 7 years or so ago I owned an art gallery and had the choice duty of sitting in the gallery every Saturday. On days like today when the weather was bad I might not get a single visitor... but then I got a lot of reading done. Congrats again.
