I feel like that alot, especially about thinking I am a mess. I agree with kiz, I don't think it is crazy, but human. Sometimes life IS hard and yes, people can be unkind. But as cynical as I can be, I do recognize there is also goodness in the world. I hope you feel better soon as well.

I don't think that you are crazy, you are human. We all have moments like this because Real Life is full of real situations... good and bad. It is our approach that can change how things turn out. Maybe find a way to treat yourself, whatever that may be, that always cheers me up. Volunteering for something always helps me get perspective on what I sometimes perceive as problems, because your help is always appreciated. Anyhow, hope that you feel better soon.
Your introduction to this lovely poem made me curious, so I just wanted to say that I read it and enjoyed it very much.
I play harmonica and went electric a few years ago. Mainly I just play blues/jazz/improvisational/and a little rock N roll the only classical music I play is Ode to Joy.
