    Shalot inspired me to tell you my exercise work out routine. First there are a couple of principles I believe in for complete fitness. One is the 3-2-1 principle. Every workout should include cardio, strength, and abdominal exercises, and they should be structured to a ratio of 3 for cardio, 2 for strength, and 1 for abs.   4. Oh What A Week!

    It was a tough, exhausting week, but the bottom line (we’re taught to provide the bottom line up front in a presentation ) is everything worked well.

    I was juggling three things this week, and living on caffeine to help me manage them. You know about my mother’s hip replacement. That is going great.   5. Update On Mom

    Well she had the operation Monday. Sunday night when I went over, she was still busy doing things around the house and she was packing a suitcase, which I thought was very odd. It was like she was going away, which she was I guess. Between the hip replacement operation and the rehab she may be gone almost a month. Nonetheless, it's not like she's going miles away. I could get stuff at the house and bring it over. But it's packed and it's in the trunk of my car.
