Well, doesn't the title Barmy Blue's Bland Blog give you a clue as to the content?
Well, I haven't got there yet, but I've started reading the school library's copy of the magician's apprentice (Actually it has all of the first three stories in it but I figured I'd start with the first). When the film came out Tom complained that The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe wasn't even the first book, it was the second and the second Narnia film being made (Or already made, I'm not sure) isn't the one after either, it's the fourth. When we saw the film he continually picked holes in it ...
Today was my mum's birthday. Yesterday (after school) I bought her a pretty cad, a cute little bear in a box (she likes bears) a nice green bow and green ribbon (She likes green) some green balloons and some lovely roses that are white with a pale kind of peach in the middle and the petals are tipped with very light green. Dad dropped by in the morning and left his presents for her (Two books and a Rubik's cube). I wrapped them in green tissue paper (Because we don't really have any birthday ...
A most thrilling topic of conversation came up at the end of English today (Heavy on the sarcasm). It was the topic if reality TV show Big Brother. Teachers are humans too, I suppose, so there’s no reason they shouldn’t get caught up in it. But it really is mind numbingly detestable. Who in their ...
What can I say, the title says it all. At the moment I’m sitting in IT and I want to check a bit of work but the school system is really slow at the moment and Word has frozen (well, that document anyway) and it won’t even close. So I figured I’d add a little update while I wait for it to sort itself out. It’s extremely windy over here. Dad had the idea that school might close earlier because of it (Though I don’t see why) when he dropped in this morning, he also though the buses might be ...
Okay, so I had nothing to say yesterday. I can't really distinguish any key events except that I was getting bored with the meat in my sandwiches (mum is bad at buying sandwich fillings) so I decided to have a jam sandwich (a childhood favorite). I only managed to eat one today though. Everything that isn't sweet tastes different, not so good. I had scrambled eggs and bacon again. I would have had it more as breakfast over the passed week but I didn't want to be sick of it for today. I listened ...
