I got a candle and Yuki got a green knot bone.

So. What have I done today?

Not much.

Helped mum put some baubles on the ceiling for her Christmas vision. We can't find the regular hanging decorations. How annoying.

I wrapped some more tinsel around the rest of the banisters.

I just finished making the second paper chain and taping it together for security. Now my scissors are all sticky again.

I got a new notebook ...

I thought there was an unmarked window between today and yesterday and wasn't sure what to do about it. In case there was a sweet behind it I figured I'd save it for Christmas day as a kind of bonus.

I opened today's one and noticed the door was the wrong way round. Then I figured it out. The extra door goes with that one to make double doors. So today I got a long Christmas cracker.

The last five days are all long windows which is what they meant when they said that ...

I got a present. Yuki got a red twisty stick and a green twisty stick.

I'm kind of starting to get bored now. Tinsel on the mantelpiece is getting saggy. The blu tack's coming loose.

Got Yuki to chase the cat but it didn't work out because they were on the windowsill and she didn't think to look there.

Had to tape the links of my paper chain together because they kept falling apart and now my scissors are all sticky.

Cards would have been posted today but mum forgot to take them. Oh well. Never mind. The last posting day for second class post is tomorrow and there are 3 addresses that mum needs to confirm somehow.

My Christmas "vision" is coming along nicely. Last night I spent an hour wrapping some ribbon around the banisters and tying on some evenly spaced baubles. I also tied up some tinsel too. It looks very festive.
