I've been wondering how things were going for you Pen. Sounds like the place keeps you on your toes. Hahaha, that smartass is going to get it back in his face one day.

sounds like a fun place to work and I am not being sarcastic. when I was in high school I worked in a card store and we always joked around with one another (only when we were slow). one day my friend was working the cash register ( this was right after christmas, where all boxed cards were reduced) and we had a cheat sheet at the register of what the discounted cost was. In thise days we didn't have electronic cash registers so I decided to play a pratical joke and take the sheet away from her. She couldn't figure out the discount in her head and she was getting very red in the face. After a few minutes I decided to give her the sheet back since it was starting to get busy.

That was nice of the co-worker to print out those instructions!

Does he know you call him Mr. Porno? Better not slip up and say that outloud...

My husband (he is a network admin/former help desk support) has all sorts of similar tales. Only these are employer computers...as in people where he works put odd files on their work computers that don't belong to them. He has come across all sorts of odd emails and files...some people save items on a shared network, and it's hilarious to hear about some of these people. Just FYI for anyone who didn't already know: When you're at work, your emails aren't private....

That is funny Pen. Life is stranger than fiction. There are people with no shame.

Ahah, this was interesting. Now about the "embarrassing pictures", maybe they are just not "embarrassing" for them and that's why they don't care about your seeing them? I mean, where's the problem with enjoying porn? Sex can be good even when it's with oneself. I love all these things about cereals in computers and such! I think I would be the kind of customer who would piss you off because I am not good at understanding computer stuff so I would tend to ask for help quite quickly, even when it's not necessary.

I love hearing these kinds of stories. It makes me laugh. You could probably write a book about all the things you see.

Virgil: Well, not just the limit, but this was written based on a half-hour TV show, so they rushed as well.

Pen,the story is apparently going swift as there a raft of conversations solely and the narrative is deficient.But the story is quite average,endeavour to tweak it.

This was a good story Pen. What prevented me from voting for this one was that the ending seemed rushed. I know that dreaded 2000 word limit. I wish we could raise that, even just a little.

Well, Pen. I loved this story. I should have known it was yours. It’s very much something I would expect from you, but I didn’t make the connection. It was a great story. I had such a hard time deciding on what to vote for and then there was that tie and it really made didn’t help my decision. There were several excellent stories this time. I wonder if the quality of the writers has improved of if the writer’s quality has improved I’ve seen competitions where any of the stories from this last time would have easily won!

Uncle Pen! I didn't know you had Bipolar, too. Oh well, manic depression is one of the most difficult things a person has to go through. I am experiencing it, too. However, I am also glad to hear that you are keeping yourself busy. Take care, uncle Pen!!
