Sipping the Tea

A little wisp

With big thoughts

And plenty of tea.

  1. More Than A Dream

    Silly little poem.

    More Than A Dream

    Lavish with beauty;
Leave me to live there -
    You keep the key.

    Silver-white horses
    That I may ride
    Whenever I please.

    Fetch me the stars
You say shine in my eyes,
    The warmth of the sun
You feel in my smile -
    Show me you love me,
    Help me to believe,
That it's more than just words and ...

  5. A New Hobby That Could Be Better Than Video Games. (And no, it's not sex.)

    ... Transcribing manuscripts.

    I kid you not.

So this week, in Medieval Lit., Dr. K runs us through some important historical facts AND THEN we get to do some hands-on stuff. It's a 500-level course and I'm doing well in it - each day is an absolute delight.

And, of course, the Monty Python: Quest for the Holy Grail quotes don't too much harm either.

"And class, how do we know he's a king?"
    "Because he hasn't got sh*t ...
