day in a life

My son has left pre-school (or kindergarten or whatever it's called out there). He is off 'till August when he starts school, I am very excited about that. We have four days off together now and then he'll go to his dads house for 18 days! he has never been away from me for this long before. We are gonna enjoy these four days and then I'm just gonna work and keep busy while he is away. Then we have a month together on vacation.

We are watching all 'Back to the Future' movies now ...

I hate how my pride often gets in the way. Today I heard my brother was going to the movies with his son to see 'Madagascar' and I wanted to see that movie with my boy so I called him and asked if we could come along since I don't have a car. They had big plans around this trip to the movie and there wasn't room in the car for us. I was so incredibly hurt that I just wanted to cry and not see them for a while. There is a small barbecue at my moms house after the movie and I didn't want to go cause ...

This title can be said with ? or !, in my case it's !. I went to a concert the other day, Jethro Tull!! it was so great, Anderson is awesome and his band is really good. It was a whole lot of fun. I told my friend I was going to the concert and she had no idea who they were but asked if it were some old guys cause she thought her boyfriend was gonna go to some old guys rock concert. Oh I don't know how a person can be 26 years old and not at least know of Ian Anderson!

I got an e-mail yesterday from school about one of my classes, they moved it so I had to change my schedule a bit a drop a very interesting class called adaptation about classic books adapted to movies. It sucks but I had to make a choice and animals in books and bad guys are more interesting.

I thought about how lost I think I am in this odd place and looked around and realized that I am no more lost than other people they just show it in different ways and maybe don't think that ...

My son was sick today so we stayed at home, the days are soooo long when you are up at seven and inside all day. We read a bit and watched some tv. And played of course.

I never remember what I write about and what I talk about but I am gonna put a thought down here that has been a whole lot on my mind but can't figure out.
