The book is certainly an interesting in-depth study into human psychology. Dr. Jekyll is obviously a troubled man and Stevenson creates the perfect scenario for him. Good and evil play major roles in this fascinating novel and Jekyll's struggle with his alter-ego is both tantalising and gripping. The novel is one of the greatest written achievements of its time and I thoroughly recommend this great novel to those looking for a study into the human mind.
