I like the works by Sakyamuni, Laozi greatly, but I don't know how to call them in English. Who ever has read the works by them in English? Can you tell me the English names of their wroks?

I've heard (and read) a Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu, who may or may not be you Laozi. From what I remember, Lao Tzu wasn't even one person. But, instead, a lot of early Taoist philosophers and anonymous saying and stories got lumped together into Lao Tzu (which just means 'Old Man,' I think).

Anyway, the books I know that are attributed to him are the I Ching and the Tao Te Ching. The titles aren't translated. I have read the Tao Te Ching, and it's a good read--though I don't agree with the philosopies entirely.

Does this help? Or am I talking about someone you didn't ask about.

Sakyamuni, I've never heard of.
