I read the abridged version, since my Lit teacher gave us only 1.5 weeks.<br>In the beggining I wouldn't read the book, the whole thought of love and revenge was pointless, but as the book went on it was amazing how every little detail was covered with such presions. Also, how a man so immersed in revenge could give himself to God, finally realizing, it wasn't all about him. My class just recently finished the Man in the Iron Mask, another of Dumas' works. I believe Dumas' books are just awesome.
