I absolutely love all of Austen's work but my favourite has to be Emma. I have to write an essay on Emma Woodhouse as a heroine and I totally disagree with Austen when she said "I will create a heroine that no one but myself will much like" as I think she is one of Austen's most lovable heroine. The fact that she is vain and sometimes annoying takes nothing away from the amusing and admirable qualities she posesses, but makes her even more lovable.
