I read this book after I had a long discussion with my grandfather about slavery and how he felt about African Americans. Not only did it show taught my christian values need a change I was in a time in my life where I was lost and had no hope like St Clare. This book helped me understand adn find in my heart I was a true Christian like Eva but I was hiding from it. I think this a wonderful book and I can't ever forget the lessons Uncle Tom taught me.
