Daniel Defoe uses description to capture his readers and lead them deeper into the life of Robinson Crusoe. This book was well written and deserves a high rating from even the greatest of critics. I am a senior in high school and Mr. Defoe gave me an insight to writing that I have never before recognized in another piece of work.
