I read Wuthering Heights because I was interested in what everyone else said was a fantastic book. I have to tell you that I found the book utterly boring and confusing. There was just to much depression and sadness in it for my liking. I did not understand why Catherine married Linton if she was so unhappy. I would chose my happiness over wealth any day. I would NOT recommend this book to anyone who does not get a kick out of sadness and dreariness.
