when my teacher announced we would be reading wuthering heights, i made a face..out of all the books in the world, we were to be reading wuthering heights.my opinion about this book has definitely changed.wuthering heights is not just about two houses on the moor and characters involved.......theres much more to it and emily bronte has done a fabulous job in intensifying every scene, every emotion, every dialogue....she has intensifies everything to such an extent i was left wondering why did it have to end like the way it did. why is everything so savage, why is it so wild. this book does not shock us but just gives us an insight to how realistic love actually is. sitting in the park on a warm summer day, holding hands and pecks on the cheek is definitely not love.......not true love. true love is what this book offers.....love thats wild, pure, extreme. so real and yet so unbelievable.........so passionate yet so tragic.........so immense.....and yet so questionable.
