I'm student from Spain and I had to read the book for English literature. At the begining it was hard work because of the quantity of new vocabulary that I didn't understand, but after a few chapters I get trapped by the story. I don't really think it is a love story, I mean, there is a love story but it is not the main plot. I think the story show human disgrace and cruelty personified in the role of Heathcliff. It is a story full of strengh and I have really enjoyed reading it.
