Identify this book for me? I cant figure out what year this was printed. Jane Erye

I'm not an expert in old books. My friend has a Jane Eyre and we can't figure what year it was printed there doesn't seem to be any dates in it.
Apperently I can't add a photo so it is a brown book the spine says

Seems to be a rare edition. Not all editions of A. L. Burt contain the publishing year.
