Wuthering Heights isn't nearly as confusing or wonderous as it is made out to be, however it does explore some interesting issues and themes. I believe that the reason Bronte's book has been so highly commended and debated is because of the unusual issues looked at in the book, and the fact that an author, especially a female author, considered and wrote about such issues in the 19th century.
It certainly doesn't compare to Harry Potter, but Wuthering Heights could've been a lot worse.
HARRY POTTER RULES!!
