We had to read this book for GCSE and too be honest it pretty good. It is hard work and often drives you too tears. But put up with it as it is worth reading. We think it is one of Hardy's best novels, he compares and contrasts the characters attitudes perfectly. To say this book is boring is not to fully understand the depth that exists within it. We live in England and is therefore part of our heritage.<br><br>
