i think that the book is very sad because of the misfortunes of the characters like Gabriel Oak losing all his sheep because the dog Lead them 2 jump of the cliff. When we watched the film all our class (Set 2 Wood Green High') was laughing so much but then we were reminded how sad and unlucky it must have been for Gabriel. Many of the charcters have bad luk so far. It is ok so far but it doesn't interest me!<br>Rather than reading the book watch the film it's much more intersting( and funny)
