i would much rather read this book on my own than have it shoved down my throat like it is... ten pages a day, have to be at page 40 by tomorrow, 8-page study guide... i like to read these kinds of books and think my own thoughts about them, but when our teacher makes us disect every little piece of it I want destroy the book.<br> other than that... it's a great book. Would be much better if I could read it on my own. I love the MC and the way he's so honest about not wanting to go to war, will he run?, etc., at the beginning.
