Alone in a double bed
I like to take both sides
I often lie and look at myself
And stare into my eyes.
I reach between his legs
As he reaches between mine
And we both know what to do
To make us both feel fine.
It's dark but I know his stupid face
I can read his stupid mind
I touch his furrowed brow
To make me think I'm kind.
I hold his hand to calm him
Everything will be okay
But I have to live with this bastard
Every single day.
I think he may only live
Just here inside my brain
But I know I need to kill him
And I think he feels the same.

One day they do kill each other
and I am ready to wager:
the first is his loving mother,
the second her son, the teenager.
And now he is free and wise,
"come to my double bed, Maud",
he dares. And stares into her eyes,
in violets lost, bright stud!

You can rhyme! Wow. Another good one. Where is all this coming from?

Thank you ampoule, Bar, Dieter and Auntie.
I am not sure how clear it is, but there is only one person in this poem.
I don't know the verse that you quoted Bar. What is it?
Auntie..I guess I'm just in an active phase!! :)
