Ambitioin, selfishness, and tragedy. Something we all deal with in our lives everyday. Shakespeare takes these common aspects of life and puts them in a well written play and adds the drama to pick it up. All in one play, Shakespeare made you love Macbeth, hate Macbeth, and feel sorry for Macbeth. Using long dramatic monologs and the art of the english language, Shakespeare gave us something to do in english class.
