Caesar did not have that coming to him. He brought alot of good for Rome because he loved Rome. He would have continued to benefit Rome if they would have given him the chance.

hmm.. I dont agree with you, sorry. I believe that Brutus commited suicide because he was an honorable man. It was a honerable thing to commite suicide during the shakespearian period. Since, YOU are the one that chooses to end your life, and not others. It was not a coward thing to do, but a decision made very noble and very wise. : )

I believe that Julius Caesar had what was coming to him. If one does not care about the lesser people merly because one has been placed in authority over them, then he would have no one to hold him in that position because the lesser people are the building blocks of society and what, in turn, hold him into his authoritive position. I also agree that Brutus and Cassius did not commit suiside because of grief, but because of shame and embarrassment.
