The first poem I ever memorized came from a small red book of Children's Poems. I don't know the true book title or the author of this poem. Thought I would start here for direction in locating it. It goes like this:
We have a little sprinkling can
we use to sprinkle roses,
but we don't smell them when we're done
or we might wet our noses.
I've been searching for a small red book in antique shops for years.
Any suggestions?
