This is also one of my favourite childhood books. I just read some of them again last month, i haven't read the play though. Has anybody watched the TV series? I know books that are normally adpted for TV are not as good (except Lord of the Rings). I know it was on TV in England when i was a kid but i missed them. I am now 26 and just yesterday i came across a site called Time Life and they are actually giving away copies of Wind in the Willows on DVD and video, just thought you guys might be intersted.
