by encouraging them all that putting people on trial without giving them any idea why they are on trial is really funny and should be customary throughout Germany. If you are looking for answers to an assignment I would go with this one.

Otherwise, the matter lies in Kafka's contribution to the existentialist movement. But I think he was equally influenced by the Germans (Nietzsche) as much as he influenced later Germans.
