The scarlet Letter is for more older people because some of the words were used back in lets say. . . ancient times! I think that Hawthorn explained to much of nothing. Then he uses terms no one ever heard of then on top of that he's always explaining things down to the very last point like when he begin to talk about the part where she comes out to a scaffald. They talked about how she looked up and saw a familiar face. How were we suppose to know that was the baby daddy? This book really sucked and I dont think we should have to read it! Like someone in other comments said if your going to make us read please make it interesting! Till then
