When my english teacher first told us that we were going to read Tom Sawyer, I thought that I was going to fall asleep. During the first few chapters, I REALLY believed that. But after I read more, I realized what a great book this is. Mark Twain is a terrific writer. Although parts of this aren't very realistic, each chapter keeps you wanting more. I recommend not reading this book really fast because then it becomes confusing, but taking it chapter by chapter and really thinking on it. Thank you Mark Twain, for an incredible book. I can't wait to read The Adventures of Huckelberry Finn.
