There is something so innocent about "Little Women" - it seems to melt everyone's heart; in other words its a classic. This is definately Alcott's best novel, out of the March family series. It is less rushed and more indepth than the others. However, if SOMEHOW you don't fancy reading please do see Gillian Armstrong's movie (The essence of "Little Women" was truly captured by the actors, the setting, etc, etc). AND if somehow you detest movies and books, please do buy the soundtrack - once again, it is flawless.
