I still don't understand why Laurie married Amy, when my ideal couple was Jo and Laurie. Nevertheless, it was an extemely touching novel that rendered me to tears; I could not help but stiffle a tear or two after finishing the novel. Too bad Louisa M. Alcott has proceeded heavenwards, or else I would have flown over to meet her! I really enjoyed these series of novels. Thank you, Louisa! Love,Angie,Singapore
