I have located a first edition of The House of Mirth. Inside is an inscription saying "Z. P. Wharton Xmas 0X? from John. Does anyone have knowledge of a Z.P. Wharton, or know who John might be? A the book was printed in 1905, I expect the date is very likely '05 as well, and certainly between 1905 and 1909. Any help?
