The sun does flipped.
what do you think about that?

Well the sun's magnetic field flips regularly every few years, the Earth does it every few million years. When it does happen we'll have to throw out our compasses and buy new ones, some birds and whales may go extinct, and maybe some guidance systems will stop working. It's not that big a deal.

Now, eventually, several hundred million years from now, the Earth's core will cool and the magnetic field will disappear. Our outer atmosphere will be stripped away by solar winds, and anything left alive on Earth at that point will likely die from heavy amounts of radiation.

The cooling of Mars' core seems to be responsible for the loss of its atmosphere and one of the reasons why water could have once existed on the planet. Mars no longer has a magnetic field, but there is some residual magnetized compounds under the planet's surface, that tells us that Mars must have had a magnetic field some time in its existence. When Mars lost its magnetic field (it's a smaller planet and cooled much faster than Earth after the formation of the solar system) it's atmosphere was mostly stripped away. The current atmosphere of Mars is very thin, too thin to support liquid water, and atmospheric water is broken down by radiation.
