Anyone read the chimney sweeper, the one in the songs of innocence, by william blake?
What do you think the effect of the religious imagery and other literary techniques in the poem was to create meaning towards work?

Sounds like a homework question to me! Why don't you post your own thoughts first and we can discuss it?

Its not really homework, sorry i just really need help with poetry for my exams. I cant find enough information online so i thought i would ask on here just for some analysis really. Its just when i get ideas from others it helps me to think of my own ideas if you know what i mean.

Thank you

Here's a narration of the poem, obviously one can understand that the way it's read has effect on it's meaning.
