Thanks, ShoutGrace. At that time, I was reading some spanish compilations of some of his works, much in the way of the ones in Gutenberg's page. Later on I found out that they were all taken from his books "Parerga & Paralipomena", so I wanted to get those in order to make sure I was getting the whole stuff. I'm not sure how they publish/edit his work once it enters public domain, maybe it's all there in Gutenberg's page, who knows?

Maybe I'll give it another try in the near future. Thanks for the help. :thumbs_up

Hi Crisaor, I only have The Wisdom of Life at home. It's an essay included in Schopenhaur's final work Parerga und Paralipomena . Have you read it? I think the writing is pretty good to read. It talks about 3 major things in man's life: personality (what a man is), property (what a man has), and position (a man's place in the estimation of others)

If you get the chance to read The World As Will And Representation, I highly recommend it - in my opinion, the best of his works! :nod:
