This is indeed a creepy story, but I still couldn't quite make that out
1. Were there really ghosts in the garden, or was is merely the governess' imagination?
2. If there truly were ghosts, why did Mrs. Grose seem to know quite little about it?
3. If there truly were no ghosts, what were the children doing outside in the middle of the nights?
4. How significant a role did the "introduction" part play?
