...and NBC -- for comedies:

Jay Leno
and now Conan O'Brien (used to really not like him but the first 2 Tonight shows are quite amusing and I'll watch)

ABC because it has LOST

Sci-Fi Channel

PBS because it has Charlie Rose, and I sometimes watch the documentaries, etc.

(I'm at 3-8 hours of TV a week).

I don't watch much tv. Growing up though BBC2 was my favourite channel. It had all the best new comedy, The Young Ones, Blackadder, Red Dwarf and many more. It also used to show Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica (original series), Sherlock Holmes (Basil Rathbone), and the old silent movies (Charlie Chaplin, Laurel & Hardy, Buster Keaton and Harold Lloyd).
