I saw this poem on a pin at Peoples Potery in 2001 and contacted them. This was my reply. Now I am tring to get a copy of the poem but cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated.
Dear Ed:
Thank you for taking the time to contact us via our web site.
The pin to which you refer does, indeed, express a lovely sentiment. What
a wonderful choice for a gift!
The following information was provided by the studio and I hope it is what
you were seeking:
"The poetry and designs are original with the exception of 'Shoot for
the moon' and 'Reach for the stars,' both of which have unknown authors."
"Margie and her husband Bill have been making jewelry since 1976.
They reside in Upstate New York, along with son Jeremy for whom 'Little
ones' was written. An older son, Paul, and his wife Diane, inspired
'Life's many blessings.' 'Kitty Cats' and 'Puppy Dogs' are true stories
about their two dogs and five cats."
"Their [Margie and Bill] goal is to create, in beauty, lasting
treasures."
Thank you for your interest in People's Pottery and please let me know if I
can be of further assistance.
