Elizabeth Bennet and Darcy both develop gradually in their understanding of life and people. Both become more tolerant and less judgmental. They learn through mistakes.

Not so difficult.

Just browse through the novel - perhaps using the hyperlink www.online-literature.com/austen/prideprejudice/ and highlighting Elizabeth and Darcy (with your browser). As you come across each instance where Elizabeth and Darcy realise they have misjudged, describe and analyse that instance, explaining the nature of the personal growth achieved.

Obvious instances for Elizabeth include Charlotte's married happiness, Wickham's deception, Jane's angelic optimism, Darcy's kindness. For Darcy: respect for the lower classes, the integrity of Elizabeth, and what really matters in life.

That is very good advice, Gladys!
