The story centers around Lucy Honeychurch a young woman in Edwardian England, while on holiday with her cousin/chaperone in Italy she meets the Emersons, a very unsuitable father and son. As the story continures Lucy must come to terms with her own wishes and conforming to Edwardian society.
The book was a nice short read, there were a few lines I had to read over because they were confusing but over all pretty good.
