Hello;

I think a good book to nominate is A tourist's guide to glengarry.

Yeah people, slow down a bit. There's no reason to nominate books every month per se.

Those who are willing can read and join in the discussions? :)

But we haven't even decided the winner of the december deal?

By the time this nomination is over and we are done with voting, we will have finished with the december book surely(voting is over in 36 hours)... it takes a month to nominate and vote for a book.

We all read a book or two and I like the idea of reading books suggested by others. If we cannot read that particular book for one reason or other during that month, that is OK, isn't it?

Well, there needs to be a deadline for the voting or for nominating... it's impossible to chose a book with no deadlines

Hello! It's been a while since i posted anything. I have been having problems with my internet service and I'm also lacking time to read the books. I have'nt came here since the nomination and discussion of Dumas' "Black Tulip" (which I couldn't read).
I would like to propose for January "Anne of Green Gables" by Lucy Maud Montgomery. Sorry, but I have to go. I'm late for classe.
I Hope you all had great holidays

Best compliments,
Lizzie
